Your tasks

• Planning, controlling and ensuring facility management
• Responsibility for planning, construction, operation and monitoring of real estate, open and traffic areas, facilities and technical equipment
• Technical planning as well as coordination and responsibility for the implementation of construction projects for new buildings / conversions, renovations and modernizations, taking into account comprehensive layout and material flow planning
• Implementation, control and documentation of holistic maintenance and management planning
• Development of operating concepts and operator models
• Commissioning and coordinating external service providers
• Planning, monitoring and optimizing costs in the context of building management
• Developing a facility management framework strategy by defining and continuously improving standard processes and digitizing them
• Ensuring up-to-date and efficient energy, media and waste disposal management
• Ensuring UVV inspections
• Performing various commissioning functions and ensuring compliance with the associated legal and operational regulations (e.

g. in the area of site safety, crisis management, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or facility management, technician training or comparable training background
• Sound knowledge in the areas of construction and construction technology, building technology, technical building equipment
• Business management knowledge, especially in the area of cost planning
• Advanced knowledge of project management, especially in construction projects
• Analytical and strategic skills as well as a strong entrepreneurial mindset
