Compliance Administrator
Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic Compliance team. You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance team within Central Europe, ensuring that all H&S, Environmental, Quality and Information Security documents, records, audit schedules and other compliance requirements are managed and in order.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits across the Central European Cluster in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001)
- Maintain the Management System records to support the company's compliance framework, ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are followed and up to date
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess and improve existing processes
- Support the compliance training requirements across Quality, H&S, Environmental and Information Security
- Ensure continual improvement of the Management Systems and address any non-conformance issues
- Assist the German-based Operations Manager in administrative tasks relating to H&S
- Assist the Compliance Manager and the appointed DPO in GDPR related topics
Skills Required
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and 27001)
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong telephone and personal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Solid Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Word skills
- Excellent attention to detail
