Salary : €60,000 - €70,000
Allegiance Group is seeking a talented and innovative Data Scientist to join a growing analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to extract insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish metrics for success.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and perform hypothesis testing to validate assumptions.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Familiarity with SQL and experience in working with relational databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
Desirable :
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics
