Your next challenge :
Under the guidance of the team, your tasks will include :
- Supporting the analysis of organizational impacts related to transformation projects.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of communication and training plans.
- Assisting in the organization of workshops, training sessions, and events related to agile practices (SAFe).
- Creating communication materials and documentation (news, presentations, user guides, etc.).
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster engagement and adoption of change.
- Collecting feedbacks and measure the adoption with indicators.
