Your Role
- You assist in first-level support – both at the service desk and via the ticketing system
- Your tasks include analyzing and resolving incidents and error messages
- You are responsible for installing and setting up IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones
- You take care of the technical setup of conference rooms for meetings and events
- You create and maintain documentation, guides, and workarounds
Your Profile
You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree programYou have strong technical understanding and a high level of service and customer orientationYou demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skillsYou enjoy working independently, accurately, and in a structured mannerYou have very good German and English language skillsYour Benefits
