Accountabilities :

• Lead Development & AI Integration : Manage complex projects and enable AI-driven features like intelligent site search and chatbot assistants.
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner with product managers and platform owners to integrate AI in CMS.
• Technical Vision & Execution : Guide senior engineers on new product development with machine learning and automation technologies.
• Process & Documentation Excellence : Establish best practices for documentation, automation, and CI / CD.
• Project Leadership : Coordinate prioritization and resource management for digital initiatives.
• Business Requirement Translation : Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Operational Oversight : Ensure excellence in monitoring and incident management.
• Digital Project Delivery : Drive enablement of new digital capabilities.
• AI and Automation : Hands-on experience with integrating AI-powered features within CMS environments.
• AI-Powered Content Management : Optimize AI-driven workflows for content updates and omnichannel delivery.
• Automated Design Import : Enable seamless conversion of design assets into live site layouts.
• Intelligent Tool Integration : Implement AI-powered site assistants and personalization engines.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Educate teams on CMS development and AI integration.
