If so, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence across DACH.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute territory and account-level sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent coverage and progress toward sales goals.
- Sales Leadership : Lead the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to closing, using strategic approaches like MEDDPIC to influence the buyer's journey and win deals.
- Collaboration : Engage with internal stakeholders including bid management, pre-sales, legal, finance, and partners to support complex sales cycles.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, local markets, competitors, and the evolution of the procurement / spend-management landscape to better serve clients.
- Networking & Relationship Building : Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build and maintain credible relationships with key accounts and expand your professional network.
- Client Reporting : Provide timely and accurate reporting on client status, sales progress, and key account metrics using tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Highspot.
- Expertise & Presentation : Confidently present the value proposition and competitive differentiators through various channels including demonstrations, webinars, and negotiation sessions.
Profile :
- Experienced Professional : 10+ years of proven success as a Senior Account Executive within a complex software application, SaaS, or Cloud solutions environment.
- Portfolio Planning : Expertise in portfolio planning and Go-To-Market execution, including territory and account plans, as well as marketing, networking, and sales activities.
- Sales Success : Demonstrated achievements in both direct and partner sales environments, managing deal sizes ranging from EUR 500k - 2m ACV.
- Procurement & Supply Chain : Existing knowledge of procurement and supply chain software markets is strongly preferred.
- Multi-tasking & Strategy : Comfortable handling multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously, both tactically and strategically, including managing internal and partner stakeholders.
- Relationship Builder : Proven ability to establish credible and trusted relationships at all levels, particularly with C-level executives internally and within client organisations.
- Language Skills : Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
