Management Consultant – Manufacturing/Operations Management (100% Travel)
Position Overview :
Management Consultants operate as part of the engagement team, typically consisting of a team of 5-7 consultants, led by an Engagement Manager.
Together, you will drive the day-to-day execution and success of a large-scale transformation, directly sponsored by the Client CEO.
Consultants apply a proven, methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution and implementation. Consultants work directly with clients on site, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers, and take ownership of a specific area of the overall transformation.
Through the direct and intentional application of management principles, Consultants are responsible for delivering the transformational requirements within their area by directly intervening, role-modeling, coaching and influencing alongside client management, driving success and optimized performance.
Consultants are exposed to multiple areas within business across every industry, gaining global experience across leading public and private client companies.

Engagement Managers maintain responsibility for the day-to-day’ and ultimately, securing delivery of the committed financial benefits and optimized client state to ensure client satisfaction.
Engagement Managers deploy clear accountabilities to their team of 5-7 Consultants and provide constant unwavering leadership to ensure the on-time and in-full delivery of benefits and deliverables to secure that client satisfaction is achieved.
Engagement Managers are on an executive fast track, serving CEO clients across the globe, delivering the business world’s most demanding real-time outcomes.
Candidate Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience as a Management Consultant
- Ability to travel and work on-site Monday through Friday throughout Europe
