Are you passionate about driving innovation in the automotive industry? A leading technology company specializing in LiDAR systems for ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and robotics applications is seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to support their automotive business in Europe.
Responsibilities :
- Own and cultivate key accounts in the Automotive market, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for OEM / Tier 1 Automotive customers.
- Collaborate transparently with stakeholders, including management and product owners.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive account strategy, coordinating internal resources for success.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, managing negotiations and issue resolution.
- Provide valuable insights on customer needs to management and internal teams.
- Drive short- and long-term sales / revenue planning.
Qualifications :
- Results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive Automotive OEM sales experience in EMEA.
- Proven track record of success in the Automotive Market, with 5-10 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Preferred background in selling opto-mechatronic / sensor solutions (LiDAR / Camera / 3D systems).
