Location : Lindau, Germany (Munich, Berlin optional)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage international client communication and expectations.
• Develop and implement plans for complex IT projects, including system selection and migrations.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions.
• Organize and moderate internal and external workshops.
• Coordinate collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Prepare management presentations and maintain clear project communication.

Ideal profile :

• Education : Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar (preferred).
• Technical Skills : Experience in agile project management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DevOps) and leading interdisciplinary teams (essential);

familiarity with technical contexts (preferred).

• Experience : in project management, ideally within complex IT environments.
• Language : German (C2) and English (C1) proficiency (essential).
• Personal Traits : Strong analytical thinking, active listening, solution-oriented, customer-focused, team leadership, assertiveness, and persuasive communication.
