Your Role
As (Senior) Project Manager Medical Technology you will work with the entire ZEISS Ophthalmology team and other Meditec units.
You will initiate, design, and lead cross-cutting operational and strategic projects. This could range from the setup of new workflows and solutions to the initiation and execution of future-oriented strategic programs.
Your work will focus on growing, internationalizing and digitizing the Meditec Ophthalmology business with a particular focus on new business models.
As an empowered member of our Special Projects team you will take over full responsibility for finding and driving the best solutions for our customers in an international multi-stakeholder environment and you will lead and develop junior colleagues on this journey.

Your Profile
An academical degree with excellent final grades in sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, economics or a combination
5+ years of practical experience in business development, project management, corporate strategy, management consulting in healthcare, pharma or related industries
Passion for innovation and the healthcare industry
Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Track-record of managing complex projects in a matrix organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and reach alignment in a complex stakeholder setting
Strong lateral leadership and excellent business acumen
Fluent in English, German is a plus
