Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Your contribution within the team

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on various channels.

Your special focus will be on ASA (App Store Advertising) and Paid Search with additional opportunities to take over tasks and responsibilities across other paid channels.

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, especially App Stores & Search Engine Advertising.
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and subscription
• Monitor campaign performance and drive performance analysis to achieve KPI goals and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the data team, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
• Drive proactive initiatives to enhance the creative production workflow, ensuring high-quality ad creatives and effective messaging.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition roles, ideally within the mobile app industry.
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including ASA, Microsoft Ads, and Google AdWords.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive valuable conclusions while optimizing day-to-day performance.
• Experience in working with relevant marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Languages : English; strong German or French skills are a plusd. Ability to understand and correct German language errors.
