Project Manager, Uro-Oncology (m/w/d)

About this job : As the Product Manager, you will be championing our marketing and sales teams, orchestrating seamless project planning, coordination, and monitoring.

As the project manager, you'll navigate the complexities of schedules, risks, and resources to ensure each project not only meets but exceeds expectations on time, in compliance with regulations, and perfectly aligned with budgetary goals. Key activities :

• Monitoring operationalization of marketing and sales plans to enhance activity planning in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Conducting monthly monitoring of STEM action plans.
• Providing support and coordination for teams in preparation for key events like FLSM meetings, regional meetings, and sales force seminars.
• Implementing simplification initiatives, including the creation of steering tools, centralization, and coordination of projects or meetings, and dissemination of methodology within departments.
• Developing and systematically monitoring KPIs for activities / projects conducted by teams.

Essential Knowledge & Experience :

• Proven experience as a project manager with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

The ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner is crucial for successful project management.

Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions. The ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure is essential for navigating the challenges of project management.

Required Qualifications :

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
