Are you motivated to digitize our processes and sustainably improve collaboration across the company? Do you have a strong affinity for business processes, Microsoft tools, and IT topics? Then we are looking for you to further develop our CRM system based on Dynamics 365 . You can work either remotely anywhere in Germany or at one of our locations in Berlin or Leipzig.

What you will work on

• Working in the Microsoft ecosystem

You work daily with tools from the Microsoft portfolio such as MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and the Microsoft 365 suite.

You develop and customize entities, forms, views and business rules in MS Dynamics 365 and technically implement business requirements.

Together with our CRM team you evaluate requirements, develop solutions, and implement them in Dynamics.

You introduce new or existing CRM modules and develop them holistically and continuously.

You create and maintain Power Automate flows, workflows, plugins, and custom actions.

You customize and extend model-driven apps within the existing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service environment.

You develop and maintain interfaces between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (e.g. ERP, data warehouse, portals, Power BI).

You support topics such as security roles and authorization concepts.

What you bring with you

You have experience customizing entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps, as well as technically implementing business requirements.

You have solid experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and work confidently within the Microsoft environment (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Microsoft 365).

You have strong expertise in automating business processes using Power Automate and experience developing plugins, workflows, and custom actions in C#.

You have experience with JavaScript and / or TypeScript for control elements (e.g. validations, UI logic, field dependencies) and confidently use the Xrm API.

You have experience developing and integrating REST APIs based on existing endpoints.

You have a solid understanding of system architectures, managed solutions, solution layering as well as security roles and authorization concepts.

You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy collaborating with different departments and teams.
