VDC Coordinator, (m/w/d)
Job Description
The VDC Project Coordinator will perform lead VDC functions for the team on all projects, as well as coordinate with clients and sub-consultants on VDC standards.
Will work closely with CRB project discipline leads, Technical Advancement Group, and the Regional VDC Manager on internal VDC standardization.
Projects will consist of both existing building renovations and new construction. Project sizes will vary and require documentation for various disciplines including but not limited to Architecture, Electrical, Fire Protection, HVAC, Piping (Mechanical, Process, Plumbing) and Structural.
Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in an A / E design firm setting or construction industry equivalency
- conversational German is a must
Additional Qualifications
- Advanced Proficiency in Revit is required
- Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and the functions of AutoCAD platforms preferred but not required
- Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 suite, Assemble) is required
- Knowledge of supporting VDC tools (Revit add-ins, Dynamo, Bluebeam, AR / VR) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of contractual delivery methods for design and construction projects
- Understanding of industry standard VDC documentation (BEP, BIMForum, etc.)
