That’s what it’s about

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MobiLab’s teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts to maximise partner engagement and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, partner programs, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales performance and partner contribution, providing regular updates to your leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline related to partner-driven opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives through partners, identify potential target accounts, and explore opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.

This is you

  • You have proven experience in partner management, specifically with Microsoft and Databricks or other major technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation (especially Management Level).
  • Proactive and self-motivated person capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to travel to partners and customers events and meetings.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
