About the role :

Foodspring is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Affiliate) with a strong background in digital marketing to join our performance marketing team.

You will be leading the affiliate marketing strategy and channel at foodspring. Together with our agency, you will drive growth by accelerating our affiliate marketing in 5 countries (DE, AT, IT, FR, ES).

You are always up to date with the latest innovations in the sports nutrition industry and have a deep passion for affiliate and cooperation marketing.

What can you expect to work on?

• Create and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies that align with foodspring's overall marketing goals
• Collaborate with our external agency to drive growth in affiliate marketing across the targeted countries (DE, AT, IT, FR,ES)
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top affiliates and influencers in the health and fitness industry to expand foodspring's reach and impact
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Establish and maintain tracking systems for affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting for performance analysis and optimization
• Work closely with other departments such as Content, Product, and Sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and to support integrated campaigns
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, sports nutrition, and affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage the budget for affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI optimizing on marketing impact and not on last click sales
• Oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials for affiliates and influencers, ensuring they align with foodspring's brand guidelines and messaging.

What you bring :

• Proven track record in digital marketing, specifically in affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable results
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor, interpret, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the sports nutrition industry and passionate about health and fitness
• A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take ownership, tackle challenges, and drive business growth
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively, ensuring successful campaign execution
• Very good knowledge of Affiliate Networks, Google Analytics and GTM / Tracking
• Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
