Job Overview
As the Head of Sales (Expansion) at advercharge, you will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding our business operations.
Your primary responsibility will be driving site partner acquisition to meet our ambitious targets. This role is pivotal to achieving our goals of significantly expanding our charger network.
Your long-term vision will involve developing a specialized team focused on site partner acquisition, positioning you in an overarching leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement strategies to significantly expand our charger network.
- Partner Acquisition : Identify and acquire site partners to meet our targets.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key partners and decision-makers to establish and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness and drive growth.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve set goals and foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Marketing and Media Officer to ensure seamless integration and cooperation between advertising and charging station operations.
- Marketing and Sales Strategies : Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for location partner acquisition to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the EV charging sector.
- Proven track record in partner acquisition and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities, coupled with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management and development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
