role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through
various channels such as phone, email, or chat, depending on the
project. Your main objective will be to provide accurate
information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive
customer experience at every interaction. You will work with
internal tools and systems to document cases, follow established
procedures, and meet quality and performance targets. Collaboration
with team leaders and colleagues is an important part of the role,
as you will contribute to process improvements and share feedback
that helps enhance service quality. We are looking for candidates
with native or near-native proficiency in the required language, a
good level of English (B2 or higher), and strong communication and
problem-solving skills. You should feel comfortable working in a
