Job Description :

Are you a seasoned SAP Developer with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence? Join Dynamic Solutions GmbH and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SAP software development.

As a SAP Senior Developer, you will lead the charge in advising our department on technical concepts, designing system architectures, implementing changes, and conducting rigorous testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.

With your expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Cash Management, and Market Data Management, you will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower our clients to optimize their financial processes and mitigate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to advise on technical concepts and develop comprehensive system designs (IT concepts) that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

2. Lead the implementation of SAP Treasury and Risk Management International, SAP S / 4 Cash Management, SAP Strategic Enterprise Management System - Risk Analyzer, and other SAP solutions, from design to deployment.

3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

4. Develop and customize SAP solutions using central architectures, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.

5. Conduct thorough technical testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of implemented solutions.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

7. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, tools, and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

8. Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations, to showcase our capabilities and win new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP software development, with a focus on SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Cash Management, and Market Data Management.
• Proficiency in advising on technical concepts, creating system designs, implementing changes, and conducting technical testing.
• In-depth knowledge of development using central architectures and business processes in treasury (refinancing) and accounting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with fluency in both English and German.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
