Overview of the Job :

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Account Executive to join their growing global sales team.

This role focuses on fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and teamwork, while securing and onboarding new clients in the European market.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business through proactive hunting and cold calling, building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Target major manufacturing companies, engaging with key stakeholders in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Supply Chain.
  • Conduct value-based sales presentations, emphasizing the business value of SaaS solutions.
  • Close deals typically ranging from €50-100k, with the goal of increasing sales to €100k+ per deal.
  • Maintain an average sales cycle of 4-8 months.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in North America and the Finnish headquarters.
  • Execute sales strategies using a structured, Meddicc + solution selling sales process.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with consideration given to candidates with 3+ years if supplemented with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in value-based and solution selling, particularly in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in Competitive Market Intelligence (CMI) is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong business acumen, with confidence in presenting and selling to senior executives, including C-Level and SVP roles.
  • Ideally, experience in the Manufacturing vertical (e.g., Automotive, CPG, Medical Device, Heavy Engineering).
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, small company environment, with a high level of self-motivation and organization.
  • Commitment to agility, continuous learning, critical thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Fluent in German, with Swedish or Finnish language skills considered a plus.
