Overview of the Job :
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Account Executive to join their growing global sales team.
This role focuses on fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and teamwork, while securing and onboarding new clients in the European market.
Responsibilities :
- Drive new business through proactive hunting and cold calling, building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Target major manufacturing companies, engaging with key stakeholders in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Supply Chain.
- Conduct value-based sales presentations, emphasizing the business value of SaaS solutions.
- Close deals typically ranging from €50-100k, with the goal of increasing sales to €100k+ per deal.
- Maintain an average sales cycle of 4-8 months.
- Collaborate closely with teams in North America and the Finnish headquarters.
- Execute sales strategies using a structured, Meddicc + solution selling sales process.
Qualifications / Skills :
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with consideration given to candidates with 3+ years if supplemented with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in value-based and solution selling, particularly in enterprise sales.
- Experience in Competitive Market Intelligence (CMI) is advantageous but not required.
- Strong business acumen, with confidence in presenting and selling to senior executives, including C-Level and SVP roles.
- Ideally, experience in the Manufacturing vertical (e.g., Automotive, CPG, Medical Device, Heavy Engineering).
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, small company environment, with a high level of self-motivation and organization.
- Commitment to agility, continuous learning, critical thinking, and operational excellence.
- Fluent in German, with Swedish or Finnish language skills considered a plus.
