Our mission is to radically simplify how companies finance, procure, enroll, store, maintain, and offboard workplace equipment.

We do so by offering a subscription service for everything your company needs to work productively : laptops, smartphones, monitors, desks, chairs, and acoustic solutions.

You manage your equipment subscription with LendisOS - our innovative software solution that helps our customers to orchestrate their equipment needs wherever they occur - the office, the home office, or on the road.

Your mission

Your mission is to find and excite new customers by our service. You do so by researching companies, spotting signals of interest, and opening up conversation through a multi-channel approach.

You closely work together with our Account Executives to deliver a stellar experience along the very first touchpoints our customers have with us.

Your core responsibilities

  • Research : Search, find, and score potential customers using a variety of different sources
  • Outreach : Initiate contact to relevant stakeholders using a multi-channel approach including social media, email, and phone
  • Build up : Cultivate interest among potential customers by listening actively to their needs and pitching our service tailored to them
  • Qualification : Assess the true value our offering can deliver to potential customers and decide if we have a problem-solution-match
  • Demos : Schedule service demos together with our Account Executives (AEs) to kick off the deal negotiation

Your profile

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales
  • You have worked with Sales methodologies like BANT and MEDDPICC
  • You love outbound Sales
  • You know how to listen, with the ability to accurately interpret our customers' needs and tailor interactions accordingly
  • You are familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies that improve lead generation and are essential for initiating the sales process
  • You plan your day actively to get the most out of it
  • You know how to set priorities and create urgency
  • You make sure to keep your data clean
  • You are fluent in German and English

Our Sales team

  • You will work in our Sales team - a motivated team of 7 fellow Account Executives - and report directly to our Head of Sales
  • The Sales team consists of experienced talents who have helped grow top organizations such as ImmoScout, Sixt, Expedia, Canon, Leapsome, Jobteaser, Homeday, and more
