Job Description
Your everyday tasks :
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up on marketing-generated inquiries to identify potential clients.
- Research target companies and industries to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
- Engage with prospects to understand their relocation and immigration needs and educate them on the benefits of our services.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team to further the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to drive lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
What makes you successful in this position :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, Human Resources or other relevant field preferred.A first experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools preferred.Knowledge of the relocation and immigration industry is a plus, but not required.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.Native German, excellent English (French as a plus)Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Additional Information
Our Revenue Team is made up of awesome people, but you’ll work primarily with (and report to) Frederik Ballon - Chief Revenue Office.
