IT Audit Support as part of the Group Governance team of Raisin is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the internal and external audits of different entities of the group. This role serves as a single point of contact for IT audits Self Assessment questionnaires or any related field of inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between auditors and the 1st Line Tech units to facilitate audit processes.
• Assist IT staff in preparing for audits by gathering necessary documentation reports and evidence of compliance with the requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate auditrelated meetings prepare meeting materials and document action items to ensure effective followup.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely access to required information.
• Track audit issues and recommendations providing updates on the progress of corrective actions.
• Link relevant audit findings with the Risk Management ensuring findings are appropriately connected to relevant risks and incorporated into risk management processes.
• Ensure consistent quality of responses for recurring audit topics by standardizing and reviewing responses to maintain accuracy in communications.
• Work with the compliance team to maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines ensuring audit readiness.
