This exciting internship will offer you the chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of content distribution by supporting our Partner Services team across a wide range of tasks and systems.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of content selection, rights clearance, and technical delivery of assets, while learning to navigate our proprietary and CRM tools.
As of January 2025, we are looking for motivated talents to join our team for 6 months to support our global Media Partner Services team in 3rd Party Distribution around the world and gain international insights.
Job Description
Content Management & Preparation
You will support the Partner Services Managers in gathering information on existing and upcoming content and communicating effectively to Media Network teams worldwide.
Fostering 3rd Party Distribution to broadcasters and streamers to create revenue and reach. Including gathering and handling marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Operational & Administrative Support
In this role, you will assist with various operational and administrative tasks, including reporting, data entry in CRM tools, legal checks, contract handling, and the creation of asset lists.
Additionally, you will help prepare screening links for internal and external use.
Technical Delivery & Broadcaster Services
You will be involved in supporting content deliveries by gathering and preparing supporting materials and metadata. Furthermore, you will assist in broadcaster services, fulfilling broadcaster services specifications to ensure effective content distribution.
Project Support & Tools Management
As part of the team, you will contribute to various projects, such as content clearance and delivery coordination, while also managing entries in CRM tools to support both ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English is essential, with good German skills being an advantage.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and dynamic approach to challenges.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Teams and SharePoint is a plus.
