Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Manager (m / f / x) to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement across the full B2B lifecycle, with a key focus on driving highly targeted, automated campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

Develop and implement CRM strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives related to customer engagement, retention and revenue growth.

Lead the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns, SMS communications and other CRM initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Utilise customer data and segmentation techniques to personalise communications, enhance customer experience and optimise campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with other B2B marketing functions (content & design), sales, customer success and product teams to integrate CRM initiatives into overall marketing and business strategies.

Manage CRM systems and tools, including configuration, customisation and integration with other platforms as needed.

Monitor key CRM metrics and KPIs, analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and marketing automation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

6+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing CRM and marketing automation strategies.

Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Experience with A / B testing, segmentation and personalisation techniques to optimise campaign performance.

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Hubspot experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Start-up mentality and ability to be hands-on when needed and getting things done’ attitude

Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
