About the Role
In this role you will define the Digital Twin Strategy for Harman Automotive and drive the deployment of the Digital Twin ecosystem to be used for development and testing of automotive applications in a cloud environment. This role drives the implementation of seamless cloud based integrated tool chains for development, validation, simulation, and vehicle data management.

The leader of the Digital Twin team will supervise an overall team size of up to 50 engineers and managers
What You Will Do
- Defines the strategic and technical roadmap for the division's full stack Digital Twin platform
- Aligns the Digital Twin strategy with key stakeholders from Center of Excellence, SBUs and products spaces
- Leads a team of Digital Twin engineers of cloud architects and developers, Multiphysics simulation experts, vehicle network simulation experts, vehicle cloud infrastructure experts
- Drives integration of value adding Digital Twin methods and tools into engineering execution by strong collaboration with engineering excellence and engineering leaders
- Defines and operationalize data standardization practices e.g., asset taxonomies) for key Digital Twin assets
- Provides framework for data warehousing, curation, and end user access
- Defines solution architecture for Digital Twin platform that allows for scalable data services connected to a variety of end user applications
- Operationalize DataOps practices, building data curation and governance processes that allows engineering department to leverage the Digital Twin for developments
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent10+ years related technical experience10+ years in a leadership of global teams in an automotive environment10+ years leading global teams in the automotive industryDeep knowledge of cloud-based development tools and processesKnowledge about vehicle network simulations techniques for CAN, Ethernet and other vehicle networksDetailed understanding of SW development processes in the automotive industryExperience in multi-physical simulations and related toolsMust be able to articulate vision and influence decision making outcomes with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customersWhat Makes You Eligible
