The Job
About your role :
- Processing of incoming customer inquiries via the respective websites of the countries, initially for the German, Austrian and Dutch sides, but also via WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
- Maintain the Trustpilot review page and handle customer reviews.
- Assisting customers with questions and problem-solving.
- General administrative support for the team.
- Supporting customers on the phone when a dedicated phone line is introduced in the next few months.
- Assisting in the translation of customer inquiries and marketing campaigns to ensure that each country's websites are of the same high standard in terms of both functionality and content.
The Profile
What we are looking for :
- Native German speaker with additional fluency in another European language (ideally Dutch) to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Strong experience / potential in customer service and a passion for helping people.
- You should be able to work in the Bremen office, either full-time or part-time. (We can offer flexible working hours for the right person).
- A strong cultural understanding of German and Dutch customers and how to support them.
- Great initiative, curiosity and a methodical way of working.
- Natural enthusiasm with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms and how to use them professionally, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Good IT skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work in a team and enjoyment of working independently.
