Your Tasks
As a Databricks Expert, you will help clients design and implement modern data architectures, working on strategic transformation programs and hands-on delivery. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project groups to unlock the full potential of Databricks and drive business success.
Your area of responsibility includes :
- Strategic Advisory & Architecture – Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms
- Implementation & Development – Build data pipelines, models, and integrations leveraging Databricks and associated technologies
- Project Execution – Support data transformation and migration initiatives in the insurance and financial services sectors
- Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing – Establish Databricks best practices, contribute to pre-sales efforts, proposals, and internal training
Your Profile
Proven hands-on expertise in Databricks, gained through client projects or internal data initiativesStrong knowledge of modern data architectures (Delta Lake, Data Mesh, MDM), data modelling, and cloud-based platformsExperience with ETL / ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Azure Data Factory), Python and pySparkFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) – practical project experience is a plusAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions – and vice versaFluency in German and EnglishProactive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to shape and grow our Data & AI offeringsYour Benefits
