Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen BHR Generalist (m / w / d)
HR Generalist (m / w / d)
Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte :
- Verantwortlich für die Betreuung von 120 Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Recruiting für Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie Auszubildenden
- Optimieren von HR-Prozessen
- Mitarbeitende unterstützen und fördern
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung in personalrelevanten Belange
- wöchentliches und monatliches Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung
- Personaladministration wie das Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen etc.
- Verwaltung der Fehlzeiten
- Pflege der Personalakten und Mitarbeiterstammdaten in unseren Personalmanagementsystemen
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Anwalt bei diversen Arbeitsrechtsfälle
- Abrechnung der Reisekosten
- Verwaltung der personalrelevanten Versicherungen
Das bringen Sie mit :
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Fundierte Erfahrung und generalistisches Wissen im HR
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Bedürfnisorientierung
- Ein hohes Maß an Empathie
- Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Entschlossenheit
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist mit Zielorientierung
- Kooperatives Denken und Handeln
