Senior Mechanical Engineer
Role : Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location : Bavaria, Germany
Our client is a leading company in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of pilot-scale technologies and driving the industrialization process towards full-scale manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrated experience in developing and scaling up manufacturing equipment or processes from pilot-scale to full-scale production.
- Proven ability to lead complex mechanical design projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing, and proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly related to battery manufacturing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on developing and scaling up manufacturing equipment or processes.
- Proven track record of leading complex mechanical design projects from concept to implementation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
