Responsibilities Freudenberg Performance Materials(FPM) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in ourGlobal General Industry (GI) Division to drive business expansionand foster sustainable growth.

Our GI Division operates acrossvarious industrial sectors providing innovative and sustainablenonwoven solutions in energy, automotive and special industryapplications.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play apivotal role in building business and bringing innovative ideas tolife on an operative level.

Your Impact : Opportunities : Conductmarket research to identify and evaluate new businessopportunities, while contributing to the strategic direction of newventures in automotive, sustainable mobility, and green energy.

Build Business : Oversee client projects with multidisciplinaryteams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, while drivinginternal initiatives to optimize sales processes and enhanceoverall sales performance.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inbusiness or technical field. Relevant experience in businessdevelopment. Fluent in (written and spoken) German & English.
