Must have work authorization for Germany.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Production Planner to join an innovative and fast-growing company in the Munich region. This role involves overseeing and optimizing production planning during the prototyping and series ramp-up phases, with a focus on dynamic execution and efficient resource management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes in a high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement production plans to support both prototyping and series ramp-up projects.
- Ensure the efficient coordination of materials, resources, and timelines to meet production goals.
- Use ERP systems to manage production planning; experience with INFOR ERP is highly desirable.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of production activities.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure all production processes comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
