• Responsible for managing logistics transactions for outbound parts deliveries : producing logistics documentation, data management through SAP, problem-resolution, and other necessary coordination required to meet the needs of the Service Parts business.
• Will be accountable for the quality of own work.
• Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions / systems checking.
• Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates outbound deliveries from the Berlin factory through the logistics processes, while ensuring internal / external customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Manage and coordinate communication between internal / external parties involved in the transactions.
• Oversees strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. Drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Collaborates with others to resolve issues. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions / parameters.
• For customer facing roles, develops strong customer (internal and external) relationships and communication.
• Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for proper understanding.

Note : This is a fixed term position for 18 months.

Required Qualifications

This role requires basic experience in the Warehouse and Logistics Operations with an understanding of Customs documentation.

Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• Working knowledge of SAP required
• Proficiency in English and German is required

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
