SAP SuccessFactors Architect
ESSENTIAL :
- Fluent German & English language skills (Written & Verbal)
- SAP SuccessFactors Architecture experience
- Experience working on projects relating to SAP SAC) & SAP HCM interfaces
- Knowledge of SAP On-Premise solutions
- End-to-End process knowledge and problem-solving capabilities within Payroll
- Ability to Customise & Configure within the SAP SuccessFactors system
- Work on Interface projects between the SAP SuccessFactors system and local HRIS systems across Europe
- Motivated by working with cutting-edge Cloud Solutions
- Stakeholder & End User Management
DESIRABLE :
- SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) experience
- Project experience across : SAP SuccessFactors LMS, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors On-Boarding or SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
ROLE OVERVIEW :
You will be responsible for working on SAP SuccessFactors projects and helping to upgrade and maintain the current SAP SuccessFactors system architecture.
Our client has several projects within their SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, including an upgrade to their onboarding processes.
You will regularly communicate and collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) team, conducting meetings and performing gap analyses with stakeholders and key users to understand their issues and find timely resolutions.
In addition to the above projects and process work, you will work with the business to ensure they stay at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies and that the business is up to date with all SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM versions and processes.
