Team Leader (f/m/d) MV Converter Development
Schneider Electric is seeking a Team Lead f / m / d for our Regensburg, Germany location within the Power Systems and Services division.
This pivotal role addresses the critical design and development needs of both current and future technologies. As Team Lead f / m / d, you will be integral to the development and integration of advanced "smart converter" systems specifically designed for our targeted customer base.
This leadership position demands a strong passion for technology and innovation, along with a robust technical background in power electronics.
You will guide and inspire a diverse team of engineers, overseeing the R&D efforts responsible for the design, development, and implementation of medium-voltage power electronics converters.
Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to rigorous quality standards. Your IMPACT :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field; a
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
- successfully.
- Extensive background in power electronics development, with a focus on medium
- voltage applications.
- In-depth knowledge of converter topologies, control strategies, and simulation tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset, suited for fast paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders.
