Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) trust and safety - Full-Time

Overview of tasks :
- Planning, conducting and following-up on telephone calls and job interviews
- Evaluation of aptitude tests for applicants
- Supporting applicants from the application stage through to recruitment
- Cooperation with the social media team to create content and attractive campaigns
- Processing our recruitment databases
We are looking for :
- Very good written and spoken German (min. C1 level)
- Good written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
- Previous work experience in human resources and some knowledge of German labor law are of advantage but not essential
- Very good handling of common PC and internet applications
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Working in an independent and careful manner
- Willingness to work on site in Essen
