Manager (m/w/d) Global Product Support for Sustainable Solutions

Was wir Ihnen bieten :
- Globaler Ansprechpartner für den Global Product Support (GPS) für Sustainable Solutions mit dem Fokus auf HV- und Batterietechnik Service-Vertreter und Ansprechpartner für "Sustainable-Projekte" und NPI's
- Analysieren, priorisieren, koordinieren und abarbeiten von eingehenden, systematischen Feldproblemen im Rahmen des 8D-Prozesses mit End-to-End-Verantwortung
- Sicherstellen des Informationsflusses aus dem Feld in die entsprechenden Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens hinein
- Enger Austausch und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Service und den RRS-Außenstandorten weltweit
- Enger Austausch und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den Teams GPS Mobile und Stationary
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von Produktverbesserungen im Rahmen des KiF-Prozesses
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Projektsystemgeschäfts- und Seriensystemgeschäftsprojekten als Service-Vertreter
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der RRPS Service Strategie
Was wir uns wünschen :
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik, bzw.
Techniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in und / oder hohe Affinität für neue Technologien wie hybride Systeme in mobilen und stationären Anwendungen, Hochvoltsystemen, Batteriespeichersystemen, Microgrids
- Komplexe Sachverhalte in ihrer Gesamtheit überblicken und eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert steuern
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Projektmanagementerfahrung von Vorteil
- Großes Kommunikationsgeschick, ein lebendiges Dienstleistungsverständnis, eine große Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung bei der Arbeit in MS-Office und SAP-Anwendungen
- Hohes Engagement und "Hands-on-Mentalität"
- Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen
