Your Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for employee's queries on all HR-related issues within the full employee life cycle for both sides employee's as well as from the management.
- Supporting management for all HR related decisions, execution of decisions and future set-up.
- Acting as core partner for Finance and Controlling in regards to preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports and statistics.
Developing specific KPI for internal usage.
- Responsible for payroll including pre- and post-payroll activities. Responsible for all internal and external audits.
- Responsible and supporting HR Projects with local and global approach.
- Manage the whole recruitment process for vacant positions including the evaluation of applicants in regard to professional and personal competency, coordination of interviews and providing hiring managers with competency-based recommendation.
Experienced in direct sourcing.
- Responsible for regular performance evaluation and be an active part for development of staff.
- Managing soft factors for employees motivation and employer attractiveness.
Your Profile
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration / Law / Psychology with focus on Human Resources,
- Having several years of professional experience as a HR Generalist in an international focussed company with advanced knowledge of payroll handling
- Strong service oriented mindset with hands-on attitude in a multi-cultural matrix oriented company
- Capable of working in a multitasking approach with operational as well as strategic projects running simultaneously and prioritizing in the right way
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
