Business Analyst
Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to identify and document service and system requirements for aviation-related projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Maintain the requirements traceability matrix, ensuring all requirements are trackable, testable, and verifiable.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, improve business performance, and achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new tools and methodologies to improve the requirements management process.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the aviation industry and managing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in service and system requirements management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
