What Youll Be Working On

Content Creation :

  • Dive deep into industry trends uncover insights and create highquality content that engages our audience and positions us as a thought leader.
  • Team up with our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to craft compelling content for our website newsletter and social media.
  • Prepare content for both external and internal audiences.
  • Work with our freelance graphic designer providing briefings and ensuring all content stays onbrand .

Community Management & Social Media :

  • Engage with our LinkedIn community fostering relationships and boosting brand awareness.
  • Monitor industry conversations and stay ahead of key trends.

    • Project Management & Event Marketing :

  • Coordinate translations and manage ongoing projects ensuring smooth execution and ontime delivery.
  • Support event marketing efforts particularly for our Service Pioneers Summit and partner marketing opportunities.

    • Experience

  • 2 years of experience in content marketing ideally in B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Youve created content that not only informs but also drives engagement and conversions .
  • Your German writing is flawless and youre fluent in English .
  • First experience with HubSpot CMS tools and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Youve collaborated across teams and managed stakeholders and youre comfortable using analytics tools to evaluate content performance.
  • If youve worked in a startup environment thats a big plus. You thrive in dynamic fastpaced meet every single requirement Thats okaywere big believers in learning by doing. Lets grow together.

    • Not Quite Your Thing

    If youre looking for a purely strategic or managerial marketing role this may not be the perfect fit just yet. This is a handson executionfocused position where youll dive deep into content creation community management and project coordination. Youll be supported by experienced teammates but were looking for someone whos excited to roll up their sleeves and build.

  • HubSpot : For managing our content email campaigns and website.
  • LinkedIn & Social Tools : To grow our reach and engage our community.
  • Notion : For content calendars documentation and collaboration.
  • MS365 & Teams : For daily communication planning and coordination.
  • Canva / Adobe (with support from our graphic designer) : To brief and review onbrand visuals.
