Account Manager - Carrier

Looking for a Carrier Account Manager on behalf of leading global provider of smart devices in Germany.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving sales targets (including the ST and SO targets) by selling and promoting product and services to one of the major telecommunications Operators in Germany.
- Seek out, identify, develop, and close business opportunities with Key Accounts.
- Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Develop partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase marketing and selling efforts.
- Leads and oversees the negotiation of sales agreements according to the customer’s buying process towards an optimal ranging and positioning of their products within the customer’s channels.
- Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities and to develop joint marketing business plan to mutually agree with business objectives.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational customer relationship activities.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports, analyzing the PSI data.
- Cooperation to complete the retail mapping.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics or other equivalent.
- Experiences with account management and developing comprehensive sales plans is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit
- Familiar with office software - Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Team player, ability work under stress
- Never give-up mentality
