What do you have to offer?

• Experience in SF EC module 4+ years.
• At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC.
• SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR process.
• High level of English language (at least B2-C1)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
• You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
• You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.

Which task can you expect?

As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills.

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central.
• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions for client’s key users.
• Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
