Laboratory Technician (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

For our R&D Center of Midea Europe in Stuttgart we are looking for a Laboratory Technician for laundry care technology development. In this role you are responsible for conducting experiements, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality of products. The ideal candiate has the ability to perform rountine laboratory-based technical tasks and experiements, such as sampling, testing, and recording results. Also you will be involved in quality control measures to ensure that products meet regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct Product Tests: testing products and components in the development phase and before they are released on the market.
• Maintain Equipment: Maintain properly the measurement equipment used to test products on a regular basis. Calibrating, assembling, updating, and improving the measurement equipment used to perform tests.
• Consult with Others: Collaborate with the local R&D team of Laundry Care.
• Inspect Products: Perform efficiency inspections of individual products or prototypes.

Your profile

• Apprenticeship in the fields of pharmacy, medicine or chemistry desirable CTA/MTA or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Word und PowerPoint is required
• Basic engineering and scientific knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures
• Fluent in German and English
• Dynamic, open minded, strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
