We are looking for a full-time position for our location near Augsburg (Gersthofen) at the earliest possible date :
Direct Sales Representative (m / f / d)
You live in Germany and work from your home office.
Reliable internet and good travel connections are required.
The Department :
Sales team for technical systems in the B2B sector.
Your Tasks :
- Acquisition of new customers on the basis of own and existing leads in the assigned territory, with a focus on universities, research laboratories and similar institutions
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with key decision-makers at target customers
- Sales (acquisition to completion) of our products, through intensive technical and economic consulting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customization to customer needs
- Sales responsibility according to specified sales targets and KPIs
- Documentation of sales activities, leads and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Your Profile :
- 5-10 years of experience as a salesperson, preferably in the technology sector
- Background knowledge in 3D printing / additive manufacturing technology desirable, but not a must
- Ideally experience in sales at universities / research laboratories
- Proven track record in sales promotion and target achievement
- Strong prospecting skills and a proactive approach to lead generation
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to find your way in a dynamic environment and a high degree of adaptability and resilience
- Confident and skillful use of various workplace technologies and platforms such as Slack, Zoom and Navigation
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- High degree of willingness to travel, within the assigned territory (50 % )
