Paralegal Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Corporate Officer to join our client's dynamic team in Luxembourg.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to their corporate governance and legal operations.
Your missions :
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and corporate resolutions.
- Coordinate and manage board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
- Manage corporate records and maintain accurate documentation of all corporate activities.
- Provide support in the formation and dissolution of companies, as well as other corporate transactions.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Your profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Corporate Officer within the financial services or legal industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
