Head of Business Systems
At Steadman Brown we are working with a rapidly growing European business, who are looking to hire a Head of Business Systems with a particular focus around Revenue Operations.
This fast growing business have invested heavily into their Revenue tooling, with Salesforce at the heart of their operations.
Salesforce is supported by a plethora of other applications, including Salesforce CPQ, ZenDesk and HubSpot.
Whilst they have built out a European team of RevOps Analysts and Product Owners to manage the daily development and running of each RevOps application, they are keen to hire someone to drive the overall RevOps Applications and wider RevOps strategy throughout their business.
The Head of Business Systems will work directly with the VP and CEO, to understand the businesses wider Revenue aims and processes.
This person will lead the strategy across RevOps to optimise their revenue operations processes, across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
As the Head of Business Systems you will lead the development of the platforms, with one of the first projects to be to implement Salesforce CPQ across the European entity.
Required skills and experience
- Extensive experience in a RevOps leadership / management focused position
- Strong experience managing Salesforce platforms, focused around Sales Cloud
- Previous background in hands-on / declarative Salesforce position
- Excellent ability at taking C-suite execs on a journey of discovery and education around Revenue Operations systems and processes
- Fluent German and English is essential
- Experience with HubSpot, FinancialForce, ZenDesk - highly advantageous
On offer for the successful Head of Business Systems is €100,000 - €120,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
