Indirect Procurement Manager (all genders)
Kaiser + Kraft , a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Europe as Procurement Manager Indirect (all genders) to shape the future of work!
Tasks :
- Management of selected product categories within indirect procurement
- Development of a procurement strategies for selected product categories
- Analysis and optimization of procurement processes
- Partner relationship management of suppliers of selected categories
- Develop, maintain and optimize a competitive pool of suppliers for selected product groups
- Ensure compliant contract life-cycle management
- Manage contract approval process in accordance with internal policies
- Manage RFQ process for selected categories
- Ensure the implementation of new laws or guidelines with suppliers (e.g. Code of Conduct, Minimum Requirements)
- Harmonization and improvement of procurement conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
- Improve processes and support the digitalization of indirect procurement within I&P
- Close cooperation with consuming departments and legal
Profile :
- Must be fluent in German and English
- Must have a good understanding of legal terms in German and English
- Must have at least 3 years experience in procurement in common indirect spend categories
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Project management skills
