Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure alignment of financial processes with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end-users.
• Manage and support various SAP FICO project phases, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO trends and updates to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting processes.
• Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent English level (mandatory);
• Fluent German level (is a plus).
