Your tasks

• Requirements management & control: You clarify technical and functional requirements in advance of implementation, always keeping a close eye on scope and budget.
• Agile preparation: You conduct structured refinements with the development team to develop specifications that are precise, understandable, and ready for implementation.
• Interface work: You coordinate interfaces closely with the software architecture and adjacent development teams.
• UX & Concept: They work hand in hand with UX designers and stakeholders to optimally coordinate concepts.
• First Level Technical Contact: During the implementation phase, you will support the development team as the first point of contact for software developers and other teams.
• Quality assurance: They develop technical requirements specifically with regard to maintainability, error prevention and rapid error correction.

Your profile

• They have completed an academic degree and are characterized by analytical thinking, teamwork skills and assertiveness.
• Solid experience in business analysis or business engineering , specifically for frontend development teams.
• Proven experience in direct collaboration with software developers and in coordination with UX designers (including the translation of UX concepts for development ).
• Experience in Scrum teams as well as in scaled agile organizations (ideally according to the SAFe framework).
• A good understanding of modern web technologies.
• Fluent German and English skills (at least B2 level in both spoken and written form).

Nice-to-have:

• Safe handling of AI assistance tools in everyday development (e.g., for exploring solution concepts, story editing, or documentation).
• Initial practical experience with tools such as GitLab, Swagger and emulators .
• Prior experience within the DB Group is a welcome plus.
